Archer back on track

The Hel Performance British Motostar Championship returns with round three at Knockhill in Scotland from 6 to 8 July.

Jake Archer from Andover leads the Moto3 GP class after winning three of the four races so far. His nearest rival trails by 31 points.

The City Lifting rider will be hoping to repeat his back to back wins at the 1.3 mile circuit last year and further extend his championship lead.

Jake archer said, “We have had a good start to the year and we just want to keep that going. It’s been a long break since round two early in May at Oulton Park, and I’m desperate to get back on my City Lifting KTM. I had two good results at the track last season so I’m looking forward to it.”

Jake will also be making an appearance in this year’s Moto3 World Championship event at Silverstone at the end of August. The team would be delighted to hear from businesses interested in sponsoring Jake at this prestigious event where he will be racing against the likes of Marco Bezzecchi, Jorge Martin, Enea Bastianini and of course Britain’s own John McPhee.
